Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and services from Harput Restaurant, Schwalbacher Str. 49, 65183 Wiesbaden.
§2 Contract Conclusion
A purchase contract is concluded when ordering food and beverages. Prices include statutory VAT.
§3 Prices and Payment
The prices displayed at the time of order apply. Payment is made upon pickup or delivery in cash or by debit card.
§4 Pickup and Delivery
Orders can be picked up at the restaurant. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. We will inform you promptly of any delays.
§5 Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded (e.g., prepared food) pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB.
§6 Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations.
§7 Allergens and Additives
Information about allergens and additives is available upon request at the restaurant or on our website. Please inform us before ordering if you have allergies or intolerances.
§8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
